Methods and topics. I use different types of books and methods, for guidance and excercises which are very helpful while learning English. For example: Grammar books ( various levels) Text books, story books, Business English books , vocabulary books,, newspapers, Spotlight English magazine, recipe books ,news, documentary articles ,crosswords, games etc. I also use the information about the company products and description in order for the employees to be able to describe and talk about the products with clients. I also use videos, illustrations, games and images , multiple choice work sheets, and more in my classes which are also very helpful for the learning process. Of course we do a lot of conversation and role playing. I provide a long list of topics for conversation which everyone can choose from. Then we talk about this topic and use all the relevant vocabulary.
